Job summary

Jarrard, Inc. in the United States seeks an Associate Vice President to lead technology transformation engagements that help healthcare organizations adopt and scale digital, AI, and enterprise technology solutions.

This AVP will work at the intersection of strategic communications, organizational change, and technology enablement, advising healthcare executives and embedding change across clinical, operational, and administrative environments. Remote work is allowed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8‑10+ years of experience in technology transformation, change management, or strategic communications, ideally within healthcare.
• Experience supporting technology/system implementations (e.g., EHR, ERP, digital platforms, AI tools)
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to navigate ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior lead for technology transformation engagements including EHR/ERP implementations and AI enablement.
• Translate technology strategies into actionable change and communications plans with executives.
• Design end-to-end change strategies driving adoption of new technologies and workflows.
• Lead stakeholder analysis and tailor engagement across clinicians, operators, IT, and leadership.
• Build change networks to scale adoption across complex health systems.
• Apply data-driven methods to continuously improve outcomes.
