The candidate will lead client relationships, negotiate with carriers, and mentor junior staff while supporting mid-size accounts with autonomy. A Bachelor's degree and actuarial or insurance credentials are typical prerequisites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial lines brokerage or underwriting with D&O, EPr, Fiduciary, Crime.
• Strong understanding of carrier underwriting practices.
• Proven leadership and client-facing skills.
• Ability to develop and manage senior market relationships.
• Licensed broker in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and design solutions with carriers to optimize coverage.
• Lead client relationships, account strategies and insurance marketing for a book of business.
• Collaborate with team members to understand and deliver client needs.
• Analyze client exposures and develop risk treatment and placement strategies.
• Develop and execute client structures and strategies with the client.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and support team growth.
• Support in soliciting and servicing clients and broking programs for mid-size accounts.
