Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking an AVP/Branch Manager for the San Marcos branch to oversee operations, staff development, and achievement of member service goals. You will ensure procedures align with policy and drive branch performance while mitigating risk, reporting to the Regional VP.

The role requires leadership, deep knowledge of financial regulations, and a commitment to excellent member service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of five years of financial institution experience.
• Minimum of three years of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Proven track record of managing branch risk and developing relationships.
• Ability to analyze, develop, and improve processes and system/product architecture.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining efficiency.
• Direct branch operations to ensure quality service and compliant sales programs.
• Refine and implement best practices to optimize performance and compliance.
• Define and deliver branch activities with governance, metrics, and production quality.
• Review branch statistics to assess risk and ensure policy adherence; mitigate risks.
