Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Proven ability to drive business development and win new work.
Experience managing client relationships in the aviation sector.
Professional Engineer license in Texas or ability to obtain within 4 months.
Experience producing airport/transportation drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

Lead business development efforts and client relationships for aviation projects.
Prepare statements of qualifications, interviews, and conference representation.
Travel as required to meet clients and project needs.
Provide engineering design for airfield improvements including runways, taxiways, and lighting.
Lead airport design plans and schedules, and provide fee estimates and budgets.
Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with standards.
