Job summary

Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking an AVP in Intelligent Automation & Process Enablement to join the Strategic Change Delivery team. The role focuses on AI-enabled workflows across Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Risk, collaborating with Finance Technology and the COE to turn concepts into production-ready solutions.

We seek someone with hands-on experience with LLM tools, strong process-mapping skills, and a proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field.
5–7 years of experience with automation or AI-enabled process improvement.
Hands-on experience with LL M-based tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) in professional context.
Proficient in process mapping, requirements gathering, and user story development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to validate AI output.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Hybrid role based in NYC with four days in the office and one day remote.

Responsibilities

Design and lead the design and documentation of AI-assisted workflows using tools like Copilot and Claude.
Develop, test, and iterate prompts and agent logic for process automation.
Create and maintain automation documentation including workflow logic and guardrails.
Validate AI outputs as the first line before handing off to business stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end process mapping across Finance, Tax, Treasury and Risk.
Translate complex processes into functional requirements and user stories.
