Job summary

The Carlyle Group seeks a Manager, AI Solutions & Finance Strategy to lead AI adoption across Carlyle's Finance Process & Operations team. You will translate business needs into AI solution requirements, manage end-to-end delivery, and drive user adoption.

Strong fluency in AI tools, prompt engineering, and change management is required. You will work with Fund Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Corporate Finance, report to AVP, and supervise both direct and indirect teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Accounting/Finance/Economics preferred.
• Experience at the intersection of business operations and technology.
• Hands-on with AI tools, platforms, or workflows including prompts or generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI use case discovery and liaison between end-users and GTS AI team.
• Own end-to-end AI solution delivery from requirements to production and adoption.
• Develop prompts and agent workflows for fund accounting use cases.
• Drive change management with training and communications.
• Provide ongoing production support and gather user feedback for improvements.
