You will work closely with the Head of Strategic Change Delivery, Finance Technology leadership, and the Automation Centre of Excellence (COE) to transition early‑stage automation concepts into robust, well‑governed solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain comprehensive automation documentation, including workflow logic, approval paths, and guardrail frameworks.
  • Act as the first line of validation for AI‑generated output before handing off to the Accounting & Controls BA or stakeholders.
  • Lead end‑to‑end process mapping initiatives across Finance, Tax, Treasury and Risk, applying an automation‑first mindset to identify opportunities for efficiency and redesign.
  • Translate complex processes into clear functional requirements, user stories, and workflow specifications suitable for both technology teams and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement redesigned processes aligned with organizational goals and transformation objectives.

  • Provide hands‑on support in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting automation tools and AI‑assisted applications.
  • Serve as the point of contact for Technology, COE, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with various departments and the Head of Strategic Change Delivery.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, translating technical automation concepts into accessible language for non‑technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of automation initiatives with broader transformation goals.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast‑moving environments while co‑developing new workflows in areas with limited established precedent.
  • Work in close partnership with the Accounting & Controls BA to ensure AI‑enabled and automated workflows are designed with appropriate accounting treatment, control frameworks, auditability, and financial integrity embedded from the outset.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation of AI workflows, automation logic, and guardrail frameworks to support governance and audit requirements.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training materials to support Finance, Tax, Treasury and Risk in adopting AI‑assisted tools and processes.
Qualifications
