Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Associate Vice President, AI and Data Solutions within the AI & Data team to lead the design and delivery of AI solutions for client engagements. You will spearhead engagements in healthcare data transformations, guiding architecture design and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will manage day-to-day relationships, oversee deliverables across distributed teams, contribute to thought leadership and proposals, and travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience delivering AI and Data solutions for Healthcare Provider organizations, including cloud/hybrid architectures.
• 6+ years modernizing enterprise data platforms from ideation to production.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery and Teradata across data ecosystems.
• Healthcare data ecosystems like Epic Clarity/Cerner/Oracle Health.
• Familiar with HL7, FHIR and ICD coding standards.
• Experience leading 4+ years and managing complex AI/data engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of AI solutions for client engagements.
• Oversee data architectures, migrations, and technology solutions across data platforms.
• Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and align delivery to business goals.
• Oversee quality of team deliverables and contribute to hands-on delivery.
• Support growth through proposals, thought leadership, and coaching junior practitioners.
