Job summary

You will drive data platform modernization, engage with executives, and contribute to growth through proposals and thought leadership. Travel up to 50% and sponsorship considerations apply.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering AI and Data solutions for Healthcare Providers
• 6+ years modernizing enterprise data platforms end-to-end
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Teradata
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, ICD standards
• 2+ years shaping executive-level conversations and selling data analytics deals
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements or key workstreams in data/analytics transformations for Healthcare clients
• Design cloud/hybrid data architectures and migrations across data platforms
• Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and align delivery to business goals
• Oversee quality of team deliverables and contribute to hands-on solution delivery
• Support practice growth through proposals, thought leadership, and coaching junior practitioners
