Job summary

Deloitte's AI & Data practice seeks an Associate Vice President to lead the design and delivery of AI solutions for healthcare client engagements. You will oversee data platform evolution, cloud/hybrid architectures, and cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, structured thought leadership, and hands-on delivery while promoting growth through proposals and coaching. Travel up to half the time is common in this position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering AI and Data solutions for Healthcare Providerorganizations, with cloud & hybrid infrastructures
• 6+ years modernizing enterprise data platforms from ideation through production
• Experience with cloud data ecosystems and data integration patterns (ETL/ELT)
• Knowledge of healthcare data ecosystems and clinical data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD)
• 2+ years leading complex AI and Data engagements; travel up to 50% expected

Responsibilities

• Lead small engagements or key workstreams within large, complex data and analytics transformations for Healthcare clients
• Design and implement cloud and hybrid data architectures, migration approaches, and technology solutions across data and analytics platforms
• Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and align delivery to business and program objectives
• Oversee quality of team deliverables and recommendations while contributing to hands-on solution delivery across distributed teams
• Support practice growth through proposal development, thought leadership, and coaching junior practitioners
