Deloitte’s AI & Data team is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead AI and data engagements for Life Sciences and pharma clients. You will shape scalable AI, data, and digital solution designs and drive adoption across business, product, and engineering teams.

You will mentor practitioners, lead workshops and executive sessions, and guide engagement planning, budgeting, and staffing while expanding client relationships and proposals in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise data architecture, data strategy, analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation.
• 6+ years in Life Sciences or pharma manufacturing, quality, or operational transformation.
• 6+ years with MES, QMS, LIMS, ERP, or PLM platforms.
• 4+ years leading, managing, and delivering complex technology engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on work and clients served.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• The wage range for this role is $171,600 to $338,300.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI & Data engagements focused on manufacturing, quality, and digital operations transformation for Life Sciences / Pharma clients.
• Shape and deliver use cases such as process visibility, exception management, predictive insights, AI‑assisted quality analytics, intelligent automation, and connected operations.
• Translate manufacturing and quality business needs into scalable AI, data, and digital solution designs.
• Work across business, product, architecture, engineering, and client teams to support implementation and adoption.
• Help clients connect process transformation with enabling systems, data foundations, and value realization.
• Support broader AI & Data pursuits and delivery efforts beyond manufacturing and quality when needed.
• Lead engagement planning, budgeting, staffing, and team mobilization for data and AI initiatives
• Define deliverable structure and content; manage quality, timelines, economics, and engagement risk
• Manage day‑to‑day interactions with executive clients and sponsors and facilitate buy‑in for proposed solutions
• Lead business development activities, including client relationship development, pursuit leadership, proposal development, and pricing strategy input
• Coach and develop practitioners through counseling, staffing input, recruitment, retention, and delivery team leadership
• Lead workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder sessions.
• Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to practice, offering, and go‑to‑market development.
