Deloitte France is seeking an Associate Vice President, AI & Data Solutions, to lead design and delivery of AI initiatives for healthcare clients. You will guide cloud/hybrid data architectures, oversee stakeholder relationships, and drive hands-on delivery across distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll influence proposals, contribute to thought leadership, and coach junior practitioners while advancing practice growth.

Qualifications

10+ years delivering AI and Data solutions for Healthcare Providers
6+ years modernizing enterprise data platforms and delivering end-to-end solutions
Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Teradata
Epic Clarity, Epic Caboodle, or Cerner/Oracle Health data ecosystems
HL7, FHIR, and ICD data standards
Data operations, orchestration, monitoring, quality, production support
4+ years leading complex AI and Data engagements
2+ years shaping executive conversations and selling data analytics deals
Ability to travel up to 50% on average

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of AI solutions for client engagements
Lead small engagements or key workstreams within healthcare data transformations
Design and implement cloud and hybrid data architectures, migrations, and technology solutions
Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and align delivery to business goals
Oversee quality of team deliverables and contribute to hands-on solution delivery
Support practice growth through proposal development and coaching juniors
