Job summary
Deloitte is seeking an Associate Vice President, AI and Data Solutions to lead AI and Data engagements within the Life Sciences sector. You will translate business needs into scalable AI, data, and digital solution designs, and work across business, product, architecture, engineering, and client teams to support implementation and adoption.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise data architecture, data strategy, analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation.
- 6+ years in Life Sciences or pharma manufacturing, quality, or operational transformation.
- 6+ years with MES, QMS, LIMS, ERP, or PLM platforms.
- 4+ years of experience leading, managing, and delivering complex technology engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI and Data engagements for Life Sciences clients.
- Translate business needs into scalable AI, data, and digital solution designs.
- Work across business, product, architecture, engineering, and client teams to support implementation and adoption.
- Define deliverable structure, manage quality, timelines, economics, and engagement risk.
- Lead business development activities, including client relationship development, pursuit leadership, proposal development, and pricing strategy input.
