Job summary

Pacific Life seeks an AVP Actuary, PRT Pricing Operations and Post Sale Management to lead post-sale pricing, contracting, and pricing transformation. The role collaborates with Pricing, SE&I, Legal, Finance, Valuation, and Technology to scale the PRT business and support growth.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years actuarial experience, FSA, and strong leadership in pricing methodologies, data modernization, and cross-functional program delivery.

Qualifications

• FSA designation with 10+ years actuarial experience
• Deep knowledge of PRT pricing methodologies and structures
• Experience leading pricing, product development, or inforce management

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale pricing & management of Pacific Life's PRT transactions
• Own end-to-end post-sale management partnering with SE&I, Operations, Product, Finance, Valuation & Legal
• Create framework, governance and oversight of PRT repricing activities
• Establish, enhance, and oversee repricing methodologies, tools, controls, and processes
