You will lead design evolutions of flight vehicles, interface with PM and military personnel, and apply MBSE and system engineering practices across programs in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in engineering with extensive systems engineering background.
• 7+ years of experience (or a master's with 5+ years) in defense/flight systems.
• Strong ability to translate high-level objectives into design evolution.
• Hands-on experience with test processes for flight systems.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams in multidisciplinary settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead design evolutions of flight vehicles and system architectures.
• Interface with program management, military personnel, and partners.
• Develop MBSE models and support verification and test planning.
• Oversee hardware/software interfaces and subsystem design.
• Direct requirements, traceability, testing, and data package activities.
