Job summary

Protingent Staffing is seeking an Avionics Supply Chain Program Manager in Kent, WA. You will drive NPI, sustaining production, and test support while coordinating with IPT leadership and external manufacturers to deliver on schedule.

Responsibilities include developing SoWs, SDRLs, and EIDPs, negotiating with contract manufacturers, and ensuring robust supplier communication and risk management across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in avionics engineering or related field with PM experience.
• 5–10 years creating complex electronic products, NPI and test.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external manufacturers.
• Strong data analysis, budgeting, and cost accounting capabilities.
• Proficient with MS Project or similar scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IPT leadership to capture product concepts and design artifacts for manufacture.
• Champion program management practices and drive teams to release product artifacts.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and contractors on SoWs, SDRLs, and specs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to plan, execute and deliver avionics products on schedule.
• Communicate program status, risks, and changes to engineering and management.
• Develop demand signals for hardware purchases with supporting functions.
• Schedule regular supplier status meetings to monitor performance and quality.
