Job summary

Mavensoft Technologies, LLC seeks an Avionics Supply Chain Program Manager for an on-site role in Kent, WA, with options in CA, to support avionics products across NPI and production. The contract is 3 months, W2, and open to US Citizens.

You will bridge internal engineering with supplier partners, resolve technical issues, develop manufacturing processes, and mitigate risks to meet schedules and requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant avionics engineering field with project management experience or training.
• 5-10 years of experience developing complex electronic products, manufacturing, NPI program management, and product test.
• Experience with cross-functional product development teams and external manufacturers.
• Strong skills in budgets, cost accounting, and complex data analysis using MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Team with IPT leadership to capture product concepts and align requirements for manufacture.
• Drive project management practices for avionics product development and release artifacts.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain to release SoWs, SDRLs, and EIDPs.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers on planning, procurement timelines and delivery.
• Strengthen vendor relationships and communicate changes to suppliers and engineering.
• Create demand signals for hardware purchases with supporting functions.
• Schedule meetings with suppliers to monitor performance and risks.
• Coordinate with test teams to plan functional and qualification testing.
• Manage scope changes and supplier selection with commodity managers.
