Blue Origin LLC is seeking an Avionics Manufacturing Engineer in Huntsville, AL. You will translate engineering intent into precise manufacturing work instructions for avionics panels, lead subassembly and integration on the manufacturing floor, and ensure compliance with soldering and harness assembly standards.

Responsibilities include documenting procedures, addressing non-conformances, and collaborating with design, test, and manufacturing teams to improve manufacturability and assembly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university.
• 0–3 years in a manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering role (Level 1).
• 3+ years (Level 2) / 5+ years (Level 3) / 8+ years (Senior) manufacturing engineering track.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering intent into manufacturing work instructions for avionics panels.
• Lead avionics panel subassembly and integration on the floor.
• Enforce IPC standards across avionics build activities.
• Develop and maintain clear receiving inspection and testing procedures.
• Disposition NCs and DRs; drive corrective actions.
