Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct manufacturing and manufacturing engineering experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience in a machine shop environment with CNC 5-axis and lathes.
• Familiarity with CNC programming - NX preferred.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing work instructions for material kitting, machining, deburring, inspecting, and packaging.
• Support fabrication of machined parts for valves and integration.
• Manage cost, quality, build sequence, and schedule across manufacturing.
• Perform engineering drawing review and approve manufacturing processes.
• Define process controls and perform root cause analyses for non-conformances.
