Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead – Avionics to oversee schedule, budget, and technical oversight of subsystems for control accounts and programs.

You will drive teams to deliver quality hardware on schedule, optimize production capacity, and improve designs for manufacturability, working with program management, cross-functional engineering, production, ATLO and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or computer science.
• Experience in program or project management is required.
• Experience with military or space electronics preferred.
• Ability to obtain U.S. citizenship and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules.
• Lead studies/analysis and risk assessments to determine impacts.
• Identify risk and opportunities and mitigation planning.
• Develop and establish lead time requirements.
• Ensure integration of plan, schedules, and baseline management.
• Act as primary project contact to establish requirements and objectives.
• Direct all phases of projects or subsystems from inception to completion.
• Coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders.
