Qualifications

• 5+ years in a clean room environment required.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in final integration.
• Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES).

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Monitors production progress, addresses actions, and supports issue resolution.
• Investigates defects and inefficiencies and develops mitigation solutions.
• Conducts staffing and cost analyses.
• Coordinates andJustifies major capital expenditures and equipment implementations.
• Represents manufacturing on production-related issues.
• Leads mechanical or integrated test activities for flight hardware.
• Reviews test procedures, requirements, and schedules before execution.
• Directs technicians during assembly, integration, and testing.
• Troubleshoots anomalies and hardware issues or test failures.
• Documents discrepancies and guides engineering actions.
• Prepares test reports, status updates, and shift turnovers.
• Supports launch or flight test operations as needed.
