Job summary

Astranis is seeking an Electrical Integration Associate (Avionics) for Winter 2027 to contribute to design, build, and test of satellite hardware and software. You will collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, RF, and Propulsion teams to develop test plans and execute integration activities on ground-tested hardware.

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, graduated within 6 months or enrolled in a post-graduate program.
Hands-on hardware development in fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
Must be onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

Work on an interdisciplinary team to design, build, and test satellite hardware and software
Work with Electrical, Mechanical, RF, and Propulsion teams to develop assembly and integration test plans
Learn to use test equipment (thermal chambers, vibration tables, DAQs, oscilloscopes) to execute test plans
Coordinate assembly, integration and environmental test efforts
Help solve complex electrical, software, and mechanical problems in an integrated system
