Qualifications

• BS degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 8+ years of project management or technical leadership delivering complex hardware/software systems.
• Experience managing integrated master schedules and milestone delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across software sprints, PLC releases, and test facility activations.
• Drive daily engineering cadence and unblock blockers across disciplines.
• Lead cross-discipline technical integration between Controls and Mechanical/Thermal/Tests.
• Manage milestone reviews (PDR, CDR, TRRs) and ensure configuration baselines.
• Coordinate procurement and supplier interlocks with Global Supply Chain.
• Maintain risk and configuration management across hardware and software baselines.
• Support Branch operations and resource planning.
