Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience.
• Experience in corrosion detection, treatment and prevention.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain required qualifications, certifications, licensing, or clearance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior military personnel must present a DD214 with an Honorable character of service discharge.
• Must be able to work all assigned shifts & schedules.
• Must have a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Performs testing and troubleshooting of avionics/electrical systems and subsystems.
• Provides technical assistance, guidance and astute communication during aircrew de-brief.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, technical directives, planning documents, test specifications, technical publications and procedures.
• Usually in a hangar/shop/flight line environment with related physical requirements.
• May be required to lift objects up to 70 pounds.
• May work in inclement weather with high noise hazards and possible fumes.
• May perform off-site service on assigned detachments.
