Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend required trainings.
• Manage and facilitate small groups of students.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Provide a positive role model.
• Maintain mentor relationships with students.
• Communicate effectively.
• Evaluate and provide feedback to student work.
• Assist AVID elective teacher.
• Participate in AVID field trips and site team meetings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/coordinator.
