Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 for aviation projects with 5+ years of construction experience. The role requires 100% travel across the United States and leadership to manage material, equipment and field teams.

You will drive safety, schedule, and cost control while coordinating with owners, architects and subcontractors. High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s in construction management or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Has strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and project management software.
• Understands Lean principles and construction management basics.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all safety culture initiatives and supervise field staff and subcontractors.
• Manage project schedule, budget and documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams and authorities.
• Oversee QA/QC and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Support project closeouts and pursuit activities.
