Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on complex projects. You will lead safety culture, coordinate subcontractors, and manage budgets and schedules across aviation-focused work requiring travel nationwide.

The role involves overseeing field staff and equipment, ensuring QA/QC, and collaborating with owners, architects and authorities to deliver profitable project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requirement: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction mgmt or engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong communication, safety culture and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and ensure an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, resources and cost reporting.
• Develop work plans and manage project schedule.
