Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects nationwide. You will oversee materials, equipment, people management, and documentation to meet goals for timely, profitable project completion. Travel 100% is required to support the Aviation vertical.

You will lead safety culture, coordinate with owners and design teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure QA/QC across multiple trades on large-scale aviation projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to maintain injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care and control.
• Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings; participate in progress reviews.
• Create and manage project schedule with Project Manager; track costs.
• Ensure quality compliance via specifications and QA/QC processes.
