LSG Sky Chefs group in Baltimore is seeking a Transportation Manager to lead the on-site transportation and dispatch operations for airline catering. You will train and supervise drivers and support staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in cost, safety, and service quality.

You will collaborate with airline partners and internal teams to optimize routes, maintain fleet schedules, and ensure timely meal delivery across CSCs, while meeting budget targets and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Aviation and/or supply chain management experience is required.
• Experience with manpower planning and scheduling tool (e.g. VPS).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, FDA, USDA, EPA regulations and GMP/HACCP.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily transportation and dispatch operations for on-time meal delivery.
• Train and manage drivers, dispatchers, and support staff to meet OTP and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with airport security and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze logistics data and implement process improvements to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with airline partners and internal teams for efficient operations.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, scheduling and route optimization using logistics software.
