Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, food production, logistics, warehouse, distribution, aviation catering, or other high-volume operational environments.
• Experience leading multiple departments through frontline supervision and coaching leaders.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage labor and cost metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead catering deliveries to aircraft and coordinate transport equipment to ensure timely meal service.
• Drive on-time performance and schedule compliance within aircraft turnaround times.
• Coordinate with airline and airport operations teams to support seamless departures.
• Manage last-minute changes such as delays, gate reassignments, and special meal requests.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance for drivers, vehicles, and operations.
• Oversee fleet and equipment management and coordinate maintenance.
• Track operational metrics like on-time delivery, service failures, and labor productivity.
• Identify gaps and implement solutions to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
