Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch catering deliveries to airlines per timelines.
• Monitor delivery status and communicate with drivers and airline reps.
• Use dispatch software to track deliveries and optimize routes.
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations to prepare orders for dispatch.
• Resolve issues or delays during delivery.
• Maintain records of deliveries and related communications.
• Ensure safety, health, and regulatory standards compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to airline clients and internal teams.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
