Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 4+ years in gas turbine engines/operations or
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in gas turbine engines/operations, or
• 6+ years in training environment without degree, in technical/engineering context

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training materials aligned with RR standards.
• Deliver high-quality product and service training to customers and employees.
• Travel up to 50% internationally and domestically for training delivery.
• Collaborate with CFBU managers to tailor learning programs to customer needs.
• Manage work packages and track progress using project tools.
