Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation in Indianapolis is seeking a Test Calibration Engineer to lead calibration and certification for engines and components across commercial, defense, and energy applications. You will ensure calibration standards are up to date, coordinate internal and external calibration activities, and maintain data integrity in multiple databases.

Qualifications

  • Familiar with instrumentation and calibration of test equipment.
  • Knowledge of data integrity and metrological traceability.
  • Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Calibrate measurement and test equipment used for engine development and conformance testing.
  • Select, maintain and calibrate standards; fabricate tooling if needed.
  • Coordinate external supplier and internal calibration activities.
  • Maintain calibration/test stand data in databases and manage sensor inventory.
  • Support process improvement and internal/external quality audits.
