Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Customer and Product Training Instructor to design, develop, and deliver product and service-learning solutions for customers and employees, serving as a Subject Matter Expert.

The role requires a degree with engine/operations experience or extensive training experience, US citizenship, ability to travel up to 50%, and eligibility for security clearance. This is an onsite role in Indianapolis with relocation not available.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree with 4+ / 2+ years of gas turbine engines and/or operations experience, or 6+ years in training environment
• Must be a US Citizen and eligible for security clearance
• FAA A&P or equivalent licensure or acceptable alternatives with relevant aviation experience

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning materials meeting internal and customer needs
• Deliver high-quality product and service training, including in-person and remote sessions; travel up to 50%
• Collaborate with CFBU Technical and Commercial Managers to tailor learning programs
• Manage work packages and track progress against milestones using projectWorkbook tools
• Ensure learning activities adhere to Rolls-Royce training policies and continuously improve content
• Engage customers and employees to understand learning needs and drive performance improvements
