Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Field Technician Level III in Indianapolis, IN. The role covers maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft engines for civil customers in our repair station shop. Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally based on business needs.

The position requires FAA license or equivalent experience, and a background check with drug screening. Strong mechanical skills and ability to work in a high-performance culture are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with FAA license or A&P experience.
• Associate degree with FAA license is acceptable.
• Ability to pass FAA/DOT background checks and drug screen.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, and assemble engines and modules to an intermediate level.
• Troubleshoot defects using intermediate logic and references.
• Access AMM, EMM, IPC and service bulletins as needed.
• Support maintenance, repair, and overhaul for engines.
• Occasional evening shifts and overtime as required.
