Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC in Suisun City, CA, is seeking an Operations Training Specialist to manage training records, scheduling, and readiness. You will ensure compliance with AFR/Airman training requirements and maintain GTIMS/ARMS data accuracy.

Responsibilities include coordinating class schedules, updating grade books, and developing new curricula under the Squadron DOT Flight Chief. A strong focus on accuracy and timely communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must have an interim Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Top-Secret clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with HARM and SARM to update ARMS or future equivalents.
• Build, review, and update student/permanent party records and grade books per AFMAN 11-202V1 and AFMAN 11-2MDSV1.
• Coordinate class/exam schedules with external agencies to ensure crew readiness.
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly gradebook checks.
• Prepare and execute training/testing plans for approval and scheduling.
• Provide weekly readiness updates to squadron leadership.
• Develop new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
• Generate required reports and forms.
