Job summary

FlightSafety International Inc seeks a Program Manager to lead certified instructors and ensure training meets client needs. You will develop, modify, and maintain program courseware and assist in certifying flight training devices to support delivery.

This role requires aviation knowledge, instructor certificates, and the ability to collaborate with DOT/DOMT, Account Managers, and Instructors to optimize staffing and training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent (U.S./Canada).
• Three years related experience and/or training; aviation/education field.
• Current pilot and instructor certificates and ratings for all aircraft in the program.
• A&P license preferred for Maintenance PMs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily training and checking activities of instructors, including scheduling and staffing decisions.
• Provide timely feedback, coaching, and performance appraisals for instructors.
• Ensure compliance with FlightSafety policies and procedures; address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Support staff planning and coordination of customer training events with Scheduling Specialist.
• Evaluate and approve instructor certs and training readiness in partnership with DOS/DOMS.
• Develop, modify, and sustain courseware and training documentation for the program.
