Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Cabin Safety Program Manager to oversee the operation of the Cabin Training programs at the Learning Center. The role includes ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with.training device approvals, and maintaining instructor qualifications to deliver high-quality training.

The ideal candidate will bring five years of related experience, knowledge of FAR Part 91/135, and proven ability to lead scheduling and program development.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from two-year college or technical school preferred, or three years related experience.
• Five years of related experience (Corporate Flight Attendant preferred).
• Experience in FAR Part 91 and/or 135 preferred.
• At least six months teaching/training experience, adult learners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training materials are prepared, maintained and used in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Corporate PM and FlightSafety personnel on approvals of training devices and curricula.
• Monitor training device activities for technical and procedural accuracy.
• Identify and ensure compliance with customer training requirements.
• Maintain instructor qualifications per the Instructor Handbook.
