• Proven experience in developing and managing training programs

• Experience working with external vendors to enhance training offerings
• Proficiency in applying best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles

Responsibilities

• Overhaul Training Program: Revamp employee training programs to ensure full compliance with 14 CFR part 145 requirements.
• Develop & Implement Programs: Create and manage training initiatives for airframe, engine, avionics, and other specialized topics.
• Facilitate Sessions: Lead engaging training sessions, including "train the trainer" programs to enhance internal capabilities.
• Assess Skills & Identify Gaps: Perform skills assessments to identify training needs and prioritize development.
• Create Matrices: Develop training matrices for various roles to support consistent skill progression.
• Manage Records: Implement systems for tracking and ensuring compliance with all training activities.
• Evaluate Effectiveness: Collect feedback and measure training outcomes for continuous program improvement.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Align training efforts with organizational goals through close collaboration with business leaders.
• Leverage Vendors: Identify and collaborate with external vendors to supplement and enhance training programs.
