You will partner with the General Manager, develop procedures, train staff, conduct audits, and handle interviewing and performance management to foster a culture of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small teams (2-5) and developing procedures.
• Knowledge of Ramp & Passenger Services Operations.
• Ability to work with management to apply local, state, and federal regulations.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift and ensure product movements, inspections, and quality checks are completed safely.
• Develop and apply training plans meeting standards.
• Perform audits on inspections and cyclic tasks.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company rules.
