COMLUX AMERICA LLC, based in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Training Manager to lead the training and development function for aircraft completions, maintenance, engineering, and quality. You will design curricula, maintain LMS, ensure FAA/EASA/regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Quality, Safety, Engineering, and HR to align training with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in aviation training or related field.
• Experience with LMS administration and training records.
• Experience with Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Knowledge of FAA Part 145, EASA Part 145, AS9100/9110.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and administration of training programs across functional areas.
• Design curricula, materials, assessments, agendas, and supporting documentation.
• Deliver training using instructor-led, hands-on, multimedia, and e-learning methods.
• Identify training needs with department leaders and SMEs.
• Maintain LMS, training records, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for audits.
• Develop and implement Train-the-Trainer programs.
