Job summary

Comlux America is seeking a Training Manager to lead the training and development function across aircraft completions, maintenance, engineering, production, safety and quality. You will oversee instructor-led, hands-on and e-learning programs, manage the LMS and ensure regulatory compliance with FAA, EASA, and Part 145 requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalency accepted.
• Minimum of 7 years of aviation training or related experience.
• Experience developing regulatory training programs and instructional materials.
• Experience administering an LMS and Train-the-Trainer programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and administration of training programs for aircraft completions, maintenance, engineering, production, safety, quality, and support functions.
• Develop comprehensive curricula including materials, guides, handouts, assessments, and syllabi.
• Design and deliver training using instructor-led, hands-on, multimedia, and e-learning methods.
• Coordinate with department managers to identify training needs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain LMS records, track training compliance, and prepare leadership reports.
• Support audits by ensuring training records and documentation are current.
