Alpine Air is seeking a Maintenance Training Manager to lead the training program for all maintenance personnel at one of our bases: PVU, SLC, BIL, or FSD. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset and comfort presenting to groups.

Frequent travel is expected to deliver onsite training across states, develop schedules, ensure documentation and retention of training records, and verify competence.

Qualifications

• Aircraft & Powerplant Certificate required; Inspection Authorization Certificate preferred.
• 3 years experience maintaining turbine aircraft.
• Part 121/135/145 experience highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Part 121/135/145 Operations: Records management, maintenance event tracking, Aircraft/Engine Inspection Program, vendor relations.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and deliver training programs focused on safety, regulations, company policies, and technical publications.
• Establish training requirements for maintenance roles including new equipment use and on-the-job training.
• Create training class schedules and ensure adherence.
• Maintain documentation and retention processes for employee training records.
