Job summary

Atlantic Aviation Windsor Locks is seeking a Safety/Training Manager to lead safety programs, oversee training, and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Two years of Line Service experience.
• Completion of an OSHA "Industrial Safety" 10 or 30 Hr course.
• Valid state driver's license and at least 18 years of age.
• Line Service Supervisor Training the Trainer Certification.
• Aptitude in supervising and developing staff.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Good organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good customer relations skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site safety and training programs through regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Foster a safety-focused work culture and promote safe work practices.
• Administer and monitor training plans and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Train, coach, and evaluate new hires and conduct annual recurrent training.
• Develop and update training materials based on facility needs and industry standards.
• Conduct safety audits and maintain training records.
• Distribute safety materials and communicate updates to staff.
• Operate required ground support equipment when needed.
• Assist in performance improvement plans for underperforming staff.
