Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training and development.
• Five (5) years of aviation-specific experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and their application in workplace training.
• Experience developing and delivering employee training programs and learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs that improve employee performance, knowledge, and capabilities.
• Identify training needs and opportunities across the organization.
• Support onboarding and continued employee development throughout the lifecycle.
• Create engaging training materials including presentations, videos, and handouts.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
