Castelion Corporation is seeking a Training Coordinator to coordinate, schedule, administer, and track company-wide training programs supporting manufacturing, engineering, quality, safety, and operations. You will manage LMS assignments and training records, ensuring timely access to required development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in training coordination, learning administration, scheduling, or related role.
• Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, resources, and logistics across departments.
• Experience using LMS or similar training/tracking platforms.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and maintain training schedules, instructor calendars, classrooms, and resources for in-person, virtual, and hands-on programs.
• Schedule sessions with instructors/SMEs and manage enrollment to minimize operational disruption.
• Oversee training logistics: invitations, room setup, equipment, records, and LMS platforms.
• Communicate schedules, confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and changes to learners and instructors.
• Monitor attendance, waitlists, and conflicts to optimize availability and resources.
• Generate training reports, dashboards, and compliance updates for departments.
• Provide LMS support for enrollment questions and record discrepancies.
• Support onboarding, compliance, safety, and competency training programs.
• Coordinate with instructional designers and SMEs on course launches and learner communications.
• Track participation and completion metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
