Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Trainer to deliver onboarding and ongoing training across safety, compliance, and operational performance. The role involves facilitating engaging sessions, evaluating employee performance, and ensuring understanding of company policies and job expectations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in customer service or hospitality, 1 year in airline operations, strong communication skills, and experience with e-learning tools.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Must have at least one (1) year of airline operations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Six (6) months of supervisory/management experience in a shift work environment.
• Experience with e-learning platforms or online training tools can be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions on onboarding, operations, compliance, safety, and professional development.
• Deliver engaging sessions using lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.
• Analyze training needs and develop/update training policies and procedures.
• Support Safety Management System (SMS) activities and FAA/TSA regulatory alignment.
• Develop continuous training improvements to raise efficiency, compliance, and service levels.
