Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training programs supporting onboarding, operational performance, compliance, safety, and professional development.
• Deliver engaging training sessions using lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.
• Evaluate employee performance and ensure understanding of policies and procedures.
• Develop and update the training manual and curriculum to reflect new policies and laws.
• Monitor training programs and ensure recurrent training compliance.
