Job summary

TYLin is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Tenant Alterations to oversee planning, design, coordination, and delivery of tenant improvement projects within active airport environments. This role supports major capital programs across terminals, cargo facilities, and other tenant spaces, ensuring projects are delivered with minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in airport environments.
• PMP certification and experience with airport tenant upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of airport tenant alteration projects through all phases of delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between airport ownership, tenant representatives, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, scopes, and risk management plans.
• Ensure tenant requirements align with airport standards and operations.
