Job summary

TYLin is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Aviation (Terminal Design) to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex airport terminal projects. You will coordinate architects, engineers, planners, and operators to deliver passenger-focused terminals at domestic and international airports.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of terminal design leadership, strong communication, and a track record of managing scope, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing airport terminal design and redevelopment projects.
• Experience delivering major terminal projects at commercial airports in the United States or internationally.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams on complex aviation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design delivery of major airport terminal projects including new construction, renovations, expansions, and modernization programs.
• Manage multidisciplinary design teams of architects, engineers, planners, interior designers, aviation specialists, and consultants.
• Serve as primary interface with airport owners, airlines, tenants, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate all phases of terminal design from programming to construction administration.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing plans, and delivery strategies.
